We are currently looking for enthusiastic teammates with 2-5 years of experience within a professional office setting. This is an On-site position working within a collaborative studio. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design • 2-5 years' experience as an Interior Designer in a professional office setting • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Office 365 • Interest in all phases of interior architecture, millwork design, FF&E, and reviewing and coordinating construction documents • Strong communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders • Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Experience working with cross-functional, adaptable team members, including Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors • Knowledge of design principles and working knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and ADA compliance • Experience in furniture/finish selection and specification writing • Experience in lighting design, including the selection and specification of lighting fixtures, layout, and integration of natural and artificial lighting Preferred Qualifications • NCIDQ Certification preferred • Experience in Enscape, Lumion, and/or Twin Motion Responsibilities • Involvement in creative efforts of interior design team and consultants on projects from initial stages through construction and installation • Assist in the development of design concepts, storytelling and participate in design presentations • Initiate and guide overall interior design team vision by applying group direction and goals • Select materials to create a unique and thoughtful space • Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships • Delegate project tasks and responsibilities • Furniture/finish selection and specification writing
