You must have at least 5 – 10 years’ experience in Commercial Construction You must have a minimum of Associates Degree in Business, Architecture, or Interior Design or similar. Bachelor’s degree preferred. You must have full competency in reading and understanding construction blueprints, field measurements, reviewing shop drawings and other project managements skills from handoff to completion. You must have excellent computer, tablet and mobile device usage skills. You must have excellent skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam.
