• Initiate/facilitate internal meetings with sales, estimating, and project management as required to develop the design plan. • Maintain a vast knowledge base of new materials, technologies, lighting, architecture, lightweight solutions, green solutions, arts & design, social media, entertainment, etc. General Skills: • Design Knowledge - Must understand interpretive planning principles. Must understand the implications of space planning as well as have the skill to visualize and communicate concepts verbally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision and depth perception.
