Key Responsibilities Project Leadership : Manage all design stages from concept through completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure cohesive and successful project outcomes. Project Management : Define project scope, schedules, quality standards, and manage fees to keep each project on track. Site Visits : Attend client presentations, site visits, and project coordination meetings as required. Technical Skills : Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop Design & Management Skills : Strong conceptual design abilities, effective time management for multi-project oversight, and expertise in managing construction drawing sets and FF&E specifications.
