Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for select major accountsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and end usersMeet or exceed annual sales and profit goalsConduct regular reviews and action plans to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer needs are metMaintain understanding of key purchasing contracts and customer standardsProvide educational and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and loyalty Coordinate with project managers, installation crews, and contractors to ensure successful executionConduct walkthroughs and ensure final punch items are resolvedEnsure warranty issues are resolved in a timely mannerManage project budgets and timelinesMaintain CRM and project records according to company protocol Solid knowledge of best practices for furniture design and space planningStrong furniture product knowledge with ability to learn and apply new products quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service focus and sales aptitudeHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving ability and follow-throughAbility to work independently or as a part of a team, multi-task, and prioritize under pressure We invest in our people – starting with benefits that are rare in our industry.
