Account Manager-Commercial Interiors

You’ll lead with insight, ensuring every solution is functional, brand-aligned, on time, and on budget. This role is ideal for someone who understands the language of interior design and architecture, is passionate about client success, and knows how to deliver results in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred) • 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, or interior design • Working knowledge of space planning, commercial furniture products, and design processes • Proficiency in relevant design and project management software (AutoCAD, CET, Microsoft Office Suite) • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Familiarity with construction documents, architectural coordination, and installation sequencing Client Strategy & Relationship Development • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—assessing needs, defining project scopes, and proposing thoughtful, aesthetic, and budget-conscious solutions • Build long-term relationships through clear communication, creative problem-solving, and consistent follow-through • Deliver engaging client presentations and proactively lead the internal team to exceed expectations At Contract Design, we craft commercial spaces that empower people to work, learn, heal, and thrive.
