Responsibilities: Cost coding of AP for multiple projects and enter invoices and in-house expenses into the accounting system. AP/Consultant statement reconciliation Tracks down missing timesheets before payroll. Makes copies of Project expenses needed for client invoice back-up Maintains the filing of AP Invoices, checks, and Project Info Enters Cash Receipts into the accounting system.
