JOB OVERVIEW The College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati invites applications for interior design adjunct faculty positions at any rank in the top-ranked School of Architecture and Interior Design (SAID). Adjuncts teaching in the studio based interior design programs are expected to deliver professional knowledge to our students in a team setting, while working closely with students on a one-to-one basis in the studio setting. Many studio faculty will teach in the cross-disciplinary foundation program, but faculty in interior design may also be sought for upper-division undergraduate and graduate studios. As part of a complete job application you will be asked to include a Contribution to Diversity and Inclusion statement. As a UC employee, and an employee of an Ohio public institution, if hired you will not contribute to the federal Social Security system, other than contributions to Medicare.
