Admin / Design Assistant

OMG Kitchen & Bath Remodeling is seeking an Admin / Design Assistant to help our estimating, administrative, and sales team with daily tasks so we can continue providing top-quality customer service to every client.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the design and estimating team with measurements, selections, and proposal prep.Maintain client records, project files, and follow-up notes.Coordinate scheduling for consultations, design reviews, and walk-throughs.Greet clients warmly in the showroom and over the phone.Prepare and proof documents (estimates, contracts, change orders) for accuracy.Support general office workflow, supply orders, and showroom upkeep.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with computers, email, spreadsheets, and basic design software.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Customer-service mindset - warm, professional, and patient.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to pass a background check.
