The successful candidate will support the Office Manager, other team members and all visitors to the firm through face to face, phone, mail, and e-mail communication. The Administrative Assistant will participate in overall office administrative duties including the coordination of meetings and office events. The Administrative Assistant must be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace through professional, polite, and attentive interaction. • Experience: 1 year of Office Administrative support preferred. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
