ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / Bookkeeper for a FULL or PART-TIME position

Job Requirements: - Be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish (Portuguese is a PLUS) - Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, follow-through and meet deadlines. - REQUIREMENT: Min 2 years’ experience with QuickBooks PRO 2010-2015 ( Be able to do all inputs/ write checks /reconcile / etc.) - QuickBooks inputs / Invoicing / Accounts payable – receivables / Reconciling accounts - Produce quality excel spreadsheets, reports, and contracts as needed - Doing all furniture/items purchase orders and coordinate accuracy with vendors - Coordinating deliveries with vendors / contractors / customers - Completing various office/administrative tasks as answer the phone, take messages, correspondence, transmittals, filing, etc. **Please DO NOT APPLY for this position if you do not know QUICKBOOKS and have experience with bookkeeping **
