Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Evalutions is a full-service residential interior design firm seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing firm. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing daily administrative tasks and office supportData entry, invoicing, and record keepingMaintaining project files and documentationAssisting with scheduling and correspondenceSupporting bookkeeping and financial trackingRequired Qualifications:

Extensive experience with QuickBooks DesktopStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookExceptional attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with basic accounting principles and experience with accounting software is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or Certification in Office Administration preferredMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative support role, with proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft)Team player, dependable and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients and vendorsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionPosition Specifics:

· Full-time position

· Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

· Starting pay: $20.00/hour+, depending on experience
