Part-Time Administrative Role for Interior Design firm 3 Days a week 9AM-1PM Job Overview: This Part-Time Administrative Position for an Interior Design firm in Stamford, CT presents an exciting opportunity to help manage projects around the Tri-State area. Responsibilities and Duties: \\- Make sure day to day operations are running smoothly \\- Placing orders, following up on orders, sending payment on orders etc. \\- Gather pricing and quote information for client proposals \\- Communicating directly with clients regularly \\- Collect client payments and invoices \\- General support of all project management and operations Qualifications: \\- Must know QuickBooks \\- GSuite, Google Calendar \\- Experience in a fast-paced office environment \\- At least 2-3 years of Administrative Experience \\- Strong leadership skills \\- Extremely Detail-Oriented - need to be able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, demands, and deadlines all at once. \\- Excellent Organizational, oral, and written communication skills \\- Organized - ability to keep track of all orders, vendors, billing, scheduling etc. NOTE:
