• $20/hr AND BENEFITS* Essential Duties: • Managing of Front Desk - Phone coverage, greeting clients and visitors with exceptional customer service and professionalism • Providing support to the Administrative Team to include tasks such as scanning, filing, and appointment setting • Overseeing the conference room calendars and ensuring the conference rooms are always visitor ready • Responsible for the upkeep of the Design Library, Kitchen and common areas Skills and Abilities: • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional work ethic and personal time management • Possess high attention to detail handling multi-task projects and able to prioritize and work well in a team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, Adobe) • Positive and professional when communicating with office team members and clients • Reliable, dependable and punctual. Education and Experience: • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience • High school diploma or equivalent education is required Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
