We are a small, established interior design firm based in Williamsville, NY, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values flexibility in their work schedule and enjoys being part of a small team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys managing details, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with our bookkeeper and design team. Key Responsibilities • Track and organize purchasing, invoices, billing, and collections • Maintain accurate project management records and documentation within our software system • Coordinate closely with our bookkeeper to ensure financial accuracy • Manage digital files, spreadsheets, and administrative systems • Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, clients, and team members • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the firm Work Environment & Schedule • Part-time: 15–20 hours per week • Approximately 90%+ remote; occasional in-person work in Williamsville, NY • Flexible schedule with the ability to largely set your own hours
