Design Administrator Ficarra Design Associates is an established luxury boutique interior design firm in Naples, Florida looking for a detail-driven Design Administrator / Project Manager to keep our projects running smoothly from proposal to installation. If you love checking things off lists, keeping projects on track, and solving problems before they happen, please apply. Job Desciption: • Gathering pricing & preparing client proposals • Ordering and tracking furniture, fabrics & finishes • Managing spreadsheets and keeping records accurate • Following up with vendors and manufacturers (lead times, finishes, missing items) • Overseeing final close-out after installs (replacements, repairs, missing items) • Coordinating deliveries and managing inventory • This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours a week that could lead into a full time position. Detail • -oriented, person who loves structure • Excellent communicator who has persistent follow-up skills • Comfortable with spreadsheets and tracking systems • Background in design, furniture, or related field is a plus • Knowledge of Design Manager Software is a plus • Please do NOT apply if you are looking for a remote position or are not a US Citizen.
