Job Summary:Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is located in Denver, Colorado.Duties:Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using FigmaUtilize and contribute to our existing design system, focusing on reusable and flexible componentsCollaborate daily with a team of designers to refine concepts and deliver impactful solutionsPresent design solutions and articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, including large groupsParticipate in stakeholder meetings, gathering feedback and incorporating it into designsDemonstrate strong attention to detail in all design outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistencyDesired Skills/Experience:5+ years of professional experience as a UX DesignerA strong professional portfolio showcasing your design process and solutionsExpert-level proficiency in FigmaExperience or understanding of building design systems and thinking about designs in terms of reusable componentsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to eloquently speak to your workSolid experience with wireframingExceptional attention to detail, ensuring error-free designs and documentationDemonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating with stakeholderBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position starting at $115,000 - $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
