Job Summary:Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida and New York City, New York.Duties:Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assetsDevelop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brandProduce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypesDesign UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assetsTest UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pagesCollaborate with the marketing team and internal/external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored digital user experiencesProvide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviorAdhere to style standards for typography and graphic designGenerate multiple credible design solutions based on analysisExhibit mastery of shared design tools and softwareIdentify appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief and recommend solutionsParticipate in divergent and convergent group workWork independently with some guidance to solve larger, more open-ended problemsExplore, refine, and document solutions thoroughlyObjectively evaluate and refine concepts based on learnings from prototypesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field of study3+ years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX or product design2+ years of experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and conducting usability testing2+ years of experience designing technical and/or business-facing web applicationsProven track record applying user-centered design principles to deliver intuitive experiencesHands-on experience with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaborationBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $36.00 and $52.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
