The Job: We’re looking for a designer who inspires others to push the corporate design boundaries and stays on top of the latest design trends. If you have a creative flare and the technical skills to back it up, show us what you got! Our designers must have strong design and technical skills to help develop internal corporate brands and supporting brochures, posters, postcards, websites, graphic emails and interactive projects as well as the ability to work as part of a team in the creation of unique, strategic work at every stage of the process — from concept through production. * 5-8 years of digital design experience * Proficient in industry standard UX/web design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools * Must be organized and able to independently maintain project details, artwork, and photography naming conventions * Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS for web and email design best practices * Understands how typography, photography, graphics, and elements of design work together for a well-rounded design * Detail-oriented with a natural eye for design * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experienced in working within cross-functional teams
