Licensed or on path toward it, PHIUS, LEED or WELL Accreditation a plus A successful candidate should have: Excellent design skills and general interest in how design can make meaningful impacts on people’s lives. Strong interest in interior design. Ready to ask questions, learn on the job and grow your skills Ability to work well with the design team, consultants, contractors, and clients A positive attitude and genuine excitement for design. Role: Support design lead in the production of hand sketches, drafted drawing sets, 3D & BIM models, renderings, to communicate design vision from initial sketches to final CDs and construction observation Support design lead with BIM workflow and manage drawing files Support team at client, contractor, and site meetings Act as a reliable, capable, and supportive member of the team Develop interior and exterior details Manage project notes & communications We are seeking independent thinkers looking for a design oriented, collaborative work environment.
