Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Following skills are required: Preparation of drawings in all phases with emphasis on Construction Documents, Lead consultant coordination and construction administration support, preparation of 2D and 3D graphic documents, Zoning and Building Code Research, Coordinate drawings and specifications, Review Zoning requirements for Districts such as land use, setbacks from property boundaries, height requirements, fire sprinkler system requirements and parking. Architect needs to be licensed in the State of Maryland. This is a project based compensation, the project is estimated to be of a duration of 1-2 years with an annual compensation of $75,000.00 with a possible bonus. Candidate can take other jobs and accept this job as additional work so long as project deliverables are met on schedule.
