Architect

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear documents using Revit. The Project Architect needs to work hand-in-hand with Project Managers, field Superintendents, Subcontractors and Clients to facilitate a complete turnkey building project on time and on budget. An important factor in the success of the Project Architect is the understanding that flexibility in helping others is essential for the overall benefit of the company. Position Qualifications: Below is a list of the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to execute the key responsibilities of the Project Architect: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 3+ years of experience in design-build construction and or architectural field Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in Revit Must be well versed in international series codes, Planning and Zoning Ordinances, and the submittal process for construction documents for approval Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) in order to track projects accordingly Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines both collaboratively and independently An individual who contributes beyond themselves and is motivated by their team's success Leadership skills which will motivate the team and impact the future success of the Architectural Department
