Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional architectural license preferred Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of construction documents, design principles and building aesthetics Proficiency in Revit Demonstrated experience in project management, including programming, scheduling, budgeting, and multi-disciplinary consultant coordination Ability to travel to job sites and observe construction activities, including climbing ladders and scaffolding as needed Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and contractors
