Architect Designer

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of exciting high-profile public projects throughout the Colorado Springs, and Denver Colorado area. Responsibilities may include: • Coordinate design and production of all phases, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Produce CAD/Revit drawings of new construction and renovation projects • Assist with bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination with the owner and public agencies • Create project specifications • Acting as a liaison between our design professionals, contractors, and clients • Overall project management at the construction phase • Represent firm at Prebid, Bid, or Construction meetings or as required • Review RFIs, submittals, and schedules • Perform on-site observations and produce field reports • Build and maintain favorable working relationships with clients, contractors, and other team members Qualified applicants must be proficient in the construction process, and must have strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management abilities. Experience in Architecture or Construction Services is a must. Requirements ● Minimum three years of experience required ● Graduate of accredited architecture/interior design school with a bachelor’s degree ● Must have some previous work experience in an architectural office ● Ideal candidate will have strong 3-D modeling/rendering ● Strong Revit and Construction Documents preparation skills.
