Will manage significant aspects of several design projects including Project Design, Existing Conditions Documentation, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Rendering / 3D Visualization, Construction Documentation, Consultant & Contractor Coordination, and Client Interface. • Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. • Manage project documentation using Bluebeam and other digital tools for seamless collaboration and record-keeping. • Oversee renovation projects and interior design aspects to ensure cohesive aesthetics and functionality. Qualifications • Proven experience in architecture or construction project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
