Architect - I

We are seeking an architectural professional with 2–4 years of experience to join our design studio located in the historic Anchorage Train Depot. In this role you will: • Contribute to design and documentation across multiple project types • Support project architects and project managers in technical delivery • Participate in design development, coordination, and production of construction documents • Work closely with a collaborative team of architects and designers on projects of varying scale and complexity • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) • Interest in developing technical and design skills within a collaborative team environment • Working knowledge of Revit and BIM-based documentation • Ability to assist with plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Desire to work toward architectural licensure • Assist with design development and production of architectural documents • Support preparation of construction documents and technical detailing • Coordinate with internal team members and consultants • Participate in design reviews and project meetings • Contribute to BIM model development and documentation standards • Support quality control and drawing coordination • Flexible working hours with a relaxed and collaborative studio culture • Hands-on mentorship and opportunities for professional growth • A team that values curiosity, creativity, and shared exploration
