ONE Sotheby’s Development Division is seeking an Architect & Interior Designer to lead and enhance the architectural and design strategy across our portfolio of luxury condominium projects. This role is ideal for a highly experienced architect or designer with a strong real estate background, particularly in working with developers and brokerage firms on high-end residential developments. The Architect & Interior Designer will work closely with developers, architects, interior designers, and our in-house team to provide expert guidance on floor plans, unit mix, design trends, and wellness-focused features. • Advise developers on unit mix, size optimization, and space planning to align with market demand. • 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate development.
