OneSpace Architects is a growing, people-centered architecture and design firm serving clients throughout Hampton Roads and beyond. Our work includes commercial architecture, restaurant and retail projects, tenant build-outs, medical and daycare facilities, banks, offices, custom homes, additions, and interior design.
We are looking for a leader , creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for an architect with approximately 3–5 years of professional experience who wants to take greater ownership of projects while continuing to grow technically and professionally.
Architecture degree from an accredited program
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCADKnowledge of building codes, zoning, and permitting processesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAt OneSpace Architects, you won't be limited to one small piece of a project. Our team members have the opportunity to experience the full project lifecycle—from meeting the client and developing the design to permitting, construction documents, and seeing the project built.We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the firm and eventually take ownership of projects.
