Strong candidates will have the following skills and experience: 8 to 10 years' experience Motivated Self-Starter Exceptional AutoCAD proficiency required with 3D graphic skills a plus Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong building code, construction and material knowledge Experience preparing drawings at each project phase Skilled at researching and resolving technical issues Strong written, verbal, and communication skills Proven team Project Management ability and ability to communicate with Consulting Engineers, Contractors, etc. In-depth design and/or working drawing knowledge of any of the following product types is a plus: commercial office, restaurant/retail, mid-rise multi-family residential and mixed use.
