Job Description January 2026 Our goal is to deliver beautiful, well-crafted buildings and spaces that are tailored to our clients' needs, and to provide projects that are uplifting to the human spirit. Successful candidates will have: • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design • Experience in the design field 7 years minimum • Competency with AutoCAD, InDesign, Sketchup and Microsoft Office software • Revit, rendering programs, and/or Photoshop proficiency a plus • Hold or aspire to obtain LEED® accreditation • Self motivation, optimism and a willingness to learn • Enjoy a wide variety of project types; experience and/or interest in both residential and retail/commercial architecture is critical • Effective communication skills and the desire to work collaboratively.
