This role is at the head of our integrated design teams, managing all aspects of project document development and providing hands-on supervision for multidisciplinary staff. In addition to maintaining quality, cost, and schedule for complex projects, you will get to work directly with clients, head up interviews, and pursue exciting new work.Every project is a chance for you to make a real impact — on the user experience, on communities, and on emerging designers. • Serve as primary contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule; within budget; and with a focus on client trust, rapport, and satisfaction.
