ARCHITECT/SENIOR DESIGNER TEN OVER STUDIO is seeking a full-time Architect/Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with building design and construction, code and research analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead technical design aspects of larger, more complex projects • Assist in project proposal preparation • Develop project program, budgets, tasks, and contract negotiations • Travel to project sites • Mentor and lead project team members • Interact with and nurture client relationships REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture • Minimum of 5 years of experience • Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications and trends • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup • Proficient in In Design BENEFITS • Paid major holidays, vacation and sick time • Insurance contribution; health, dental & vision • 401k contribution • Mentorship program • Flexible schedule options TEN OVER STUDIO In 2014, a few good friends started TEN OVER STUDIO with a mission to leave the world better than we found it.
