This role involves applying technical knowledge, creativity, and regulatory standards to develop detailed blueprints and oversee construction processes. Job Summary: • Provide technical design and documentation leadership for Interior design projects and shell and core projects. • Identify and solve technical problems • Lead, document, and manage stakeholder/client meetings • Plan and prepare for presentations, drawings, models, and narratives for clients • Support the delivery of projects on schedule and within budget • Participate in all phases of project development, including schematic design to contract documents, construction administration, and close-out • Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, site, and environmental analysis, construction documentation, contract administration, and authority submissions on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior interior designers and architects • Coordinate plans and specifications with project consultants • Ensure the flow of information within the project team • Mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff • Perform industry-related research, such as building science, code issues, design research, detailing, sustainability, etc. • Engage with other Red House team members, including the production team, to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
