Architectural and Interior Designer (8+years exp required)

BCT Design Group is a dynamic and collaborative design firm based in Baltimore, MD, with over 55 years of experience in multiple sectors. Our collective approach to design focuses on the user experience and how people interact with their built environment. We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Position Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years experience in a professional architecture and interior design firm • Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred • Proficiency in Revit is preferred (work samples will be requested) • Familiarity with design and rendering software (Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners. • Ability to work in person, onsite in our Baltimore office for effective collaboration with the Interiors team • Must be eligible to work in the United States
