Apply now to work as an Architectural Assistant/Senior Interior Designer in downtown Santa Fe. We are a luxury interior design firm seeking a new member for our creative team. This position will work closely with the firm’s clients and management team. If you come join our firm, you will be responsible for: -Composing vibe boards and gathering images to establish the look and feel for a project -Meeting with clients onsite and in office setting, working with vendors and subcontractors -Making all interior selections and communicating selections through various documentation including finish schedules. -The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing -The ability to meet project timelines and deadlines, prioritize time-sensitive projects and work well under pressure -Strong organizational and time management skills -Personality: Upbeat, resourceful, responsible, highly creative, dependable, trustworthy, takes initiative -A strong passion for interior & architectural design Must meet all of the following requirements: -A minimum of 5+ years of interior design experience -Produce quality renderings by hand -Strong design & presentation skills are essential -Strong knowledge of building materials and the building process -Knowledge of interior design trade resources and vendors -Personal Vehicle and Cellphone Candidate ideally will have the following experience: -Strong knowledge with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, REVIT -Familiarity with 3D Software such as 3D Studio Max, Viz 2006, Cinema 4D -Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment and shift gears with unexpected changes in daily tasks -Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models -BA in Interior Design About us: We offer a competitive salary with benefits.
