Candidate must be able to produce: as-builts, site plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, etc and be able to put the documentation into a set of plans sufficient to submit to City/County Bldg. Person to be self-starter and be able to work solo and with a construction team. The ability to use AutoCAD 2014 or later, AutoCAD Architectural is a plus Minimum 2 years of working experience in Architectural design or similar knowledge of construction. On the interview have examples of your work ready to show.
