The ideal candidate must have an excellent understanding of color, be customer focused, efficient, able to work independently, follow established procedures and communicate effectively with co-workers and management. This is frequently a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail, a friendly cooperative attitude, patience and calm under pressure. Wallpaper, paint and interior design knowledge a plus but not necessary.
