• Manage design budget and work closely with other departments to ensure projects are adequately resourced • You have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management roles • You have a love of interior architecture and are familiar with technical drawings used in construction • You have a strong desire and ability to deal with ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes -- this is what you will be building! • Residential Designer/Architect able to manage 3-5 projects concurrently
