Architectural Designer

This position would be full time located in Ozark, MO. This candidate is skilled in the development stages of design and wants to make an impact within the community. Role Responsibilities: • Be an active listener with peers and clients • Update designs based on clients’ needs, wants, and preferences • Ability to collaborate with in house team members as well as consultants in all phases of a project, from preliminary planning to construction documentation and administration • Proficient in construction documentation and detail knowledge • Using Revit best practices according to office standards • Understand building and accessibility codes and how to apply applicable codes to a construction document set • Gather field measurements of existing buildings • Proficient in Construction Administration • Able to communicate knowledge of the field with peers • Excellent time management with the ability to work on several projects that may have overlapping timelines Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
