Responsibilities of the Project Architect will include: • Site master planning, building space planning, and interior design • Exterior building design and construction documents • Manage and prepare project schedules • Coordinate with consultant teams and assign project tasks • Interface with clients and provide clear communication throughout project phases • Prepare sketches, mark up plans, and review/redline construction documents • Conduct and attend client presentations • Lead other project-related tasks to ensure success Job Requirements
