Job Title : Facilities Engineer #1004213 Payrate : $45 – 55/hr. Log all office service tasking and departmental requests in dedicated IT systemSchedule installer and equipment distribution services for all office services work through a large network of internal and external service providersManage subcontract and subcontractor responsible for execution of specific office servicesCreate and/or maintain spreadsheets and schematic location maps by modifying dedicated IT system and/or AutoCAD drawingsCreate, maintain, and manage all interior and exterior building signageManage new construction and renovation projects for office spaces, including the creation of design documentation, image boards, and cost estimatesProduction of large format prints for various internal customersManage scheduling, coordination, and setup of specific, large conference rooms 8-12+ years of experience in interior design and/or facilities management preferred.Expertise in basic software operation (MS office) required.
