We are currently seeking a talented and motivated architectural designer to assist in all aspects of design, development and production. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, well-rounded architectural designer with at least 2+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate shall possess: CAD expertise Proficiency in Revit ideal Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Drafting with experience Computer modeling and rendering ( e.g. Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Exposure to all phases of design and construction Construction Administration familiarity Knowledge/familiarity of zoning and building codes Self-starter and motivated learner Excellent communication skills Organized, detail oriented, timeline driven and ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
