JOB SUMMARY: The Architectural Designer works to support the project team under the guidance of a Project Architect, by developing the contract documents, including the virtual building information model (BIM), complete with all supporting information and content. Assist with architectural design of projects. Assist with cost estimating for all architectural aspects of the project. Responsible for review of the Architectural Designer I’s drafts prior to submission to the Project Architect/Manager.
