About JRP Design & Remodel We’re looking for an Architectural Designer to help us continue creating exceptional homes that elevate how people live. In this role, you will contribute to the creative and technical design of high-end residential projects from concept through construction documents and permitting. Create innovative, high-quality design concepts for luxury remodels and custom homes Provide guidance and coordination to internal design and drafting team members Partner with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and goals Lead design presentations and client meetings in a clear, engaging, and confident way Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents and design drawings Ensure designs are beautiful, functional, buildable, and code compliant Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and internal teams to bring designs to life Manage multiple projects while keeping schedules, communication, and deliverables on track Solve design and constructability challenges with smart, creative solutions Support permitting, approvals, and coordination throughout the review process Visit job sites to see designs come to life and ensure alignment with intent Partner with sales and project teams on feasibility, design direction, and presentations Stay inspired by trends, materials, and innovations in residential design
