For more than 25 years, we’ve created innovative places that inspire wonder and connect communities. • Ability to assist in completing full set of contract documents from Programming to CD Phase • Supports Project Managers in establishing design fees and determining the project schedule • Responsible for the generation of contract drawings and specifications, consultant coordination efforts, internal team coordination and leads construction administration and observation for the project • Oversee construction administration efforts, including shop drawing and submittal reviews, responding to contractor RFI's, and providing ASI’s • Capable of working multiple projects simultaneously • Able to coordinate design documents with engineering consultants • Responsible for daily design and technical development of projects • The ability to lead communication efforts with clients and development teams Together the Areté Collective and Denton House Design Studio team members have contributed to the successful development of some of the world’s premier master-planned communities.
