Architectural Designer

Interior Designer - Residential Design-Build Remodeling We are seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong design aesthetic, excellent client-facing skills, and a passion for working in a collaborative design-build environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and present design concepts for high-end home renovations and additions • Lead and support interior design projects from initial concept through construction completion • Collaborate closely with in-house architectural designer on our typical large scale projects • Conduct site visits to measure and document existing conditions • Conduct client discovery meetings to understand lifestyle needs, preferences, and project scope • Develop floor plans, elevations, renderings, and construction drawings using Chief Architect • Create mood boards, palettes, and detailed presentation packages • Select and specify high-quality materials, fixtures and finishes that match client needs and budget • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimator, and carpenters to ensure alignment between design intent and execution • Participate in on-site visits and design reviews throughout construction phases • Stay current on trends, products, materials, and codes relevant to residential remodeling Rochman Design Build is a highly respected, award-winning boutique residential remodeling firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
