Architectural Designer

Our team is looking to hire a full-time architectural designer with a strong work ethic Who We Are We are proud of the team we’ve built at COR3 and are looking to hire a full-time architectural designer. We’re looking for team members with proven: • MS Office Suite skills • Outstanding written and oral communication skills (clients come first) • Proficiency in Adobe products, including Photoshop • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit in architectural design • Advanced knowledge of construction documents and detailing • Understanding of construction practices and how buildings are built • Strong desire to learn and grow • Attention to detail, demonstrated in prior work or life experience • Ability to delegate and manage growing staff at COR3 • Strength in relationship-building and maintaining strong team bonds • Appreciation for diversity, inclusion, and equity A strong local team is key to our culture.
