What You’ll Do What We’re Looking For • A degree in Architecture (Associate’s required; accredited degree preferred). • Designer II: Several years of experience producing construction documents for complex projects; ability to make independent design decisions. • Designer III: Significant architectural experience leading BIM efforts on large projects; proven ability to mentor others and solve complex design issues.
