We are looking for a detailed oriented design professional with architect background to create and manage project design, construction documentation and architectural deliverables for high-end mixed used projects from schematic design through construction administration. Major Job Responsibilities: • Conceptual Design, Sketching and Drafting • Supervised Creation of Permit and Construction Drawings • Project Management and Office Admin Minimum requirements: • 2-3 years’ experience in an architecture office • Adobe design software • Microsoft Office software • Strong organizational and communication skills (preferably Chinese bilingual). Desired Qualifications: • Rendering capabilities • Interior Design experience This is a full-time, hourly pay, 40 hour per week. Pay commensurate with skills set.
