What we're looking for: 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior designA strong design sensibility and a rigorous eye for materials, proportion, and detailsProficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creativ Suites; 3D modeling and visualization skills are a strong plusExperience preparing client presentations and design decksSolid technical foundation in construction documents and detailing Retail experience is a plus, but candidates from other project types with the right aesthetic instincts are encouraged to applyA genuine interest in fashion and retail — someone who follows the industry, engages with it, and brings that curiosity to their workComfort working in a small, fast-moving office where flexibility and ownership are part of the job
